David Walker, Chief Executive
David joined the group in January 2008 as part of an acquisition and re-financing of SitexOrbis by Insite Management Limited.
David is a Chartered Accountant by training (ex KPMG and PWC) and spent 8 years to 1995 as Group Finance Director of two different stock exchange listed companies. In 1995, he joined Workplace Management Limited and was responsible for the company's development into a market leading facilities and property management operation with sales in excess of £200 million per annum. During the immediate past three years, David was head of Mergers and Acquisitions at Johnson Service Group Plc.
Mark Cosh, Sales and Marketing Director
Mark Cosh joined SitexOrbis in April 2008 and is responsible for all UK sales and marketing activities.
Mark has a business career of some 30 years spanning several industries including: IT (Business Objects), Telecommunications (Vodafone), FMCG(Nestle) and Industrial Laundries (Johnson Service Group). In all of these Sectors he played key roles developing businesses and enabling them to grow in difficult markets. He describes himself as a facilitator for change allowing a business and its people to realise their full potential.
Gary Kent, Director for Operations Support and Compliance Unit
Gary Kent joined SitexOrbis as director responsible for the new Operations Support and Compliance Unit.
Gary is a mechanic by trade and has a substantial background in large scale logistics. He spent 20 years with Vodafone where he was responsible for purchasing, warehousing and the distribution of all Vodafone products.
Oliver Cunningham, Group Finance Director
Oliver qualified in 1992 an spent time in publishing and marketing businesses before a twelve year stint in technology companies, latterly software. Oliver spent nine years with Business Objects as Finance Director for Northern Europe and the last two years as EMEA Finance Director for Saba Software, a global provider of people management solutions He brings with him experience in financial and operational performance on a pan-European basis.
Simon Wainewright, Lone Worker and Response Centre Director
Simon Wainewright joined SitexOrbis in March 2009 and is responsible for the Lone Worker Protection and Response Centre Divisions
Following his early career in the Royal Marines and then Vodafone in the corporate sales team, Simon took the opportunity to build a start up company focused on repairs and logistics in the mobile telecoms sector. After selling the business in 2001, he remained on the executive board for a further 18 months before leaving to follow other interests in property and business consultancy.
