• The CCTV system is always recording.
• An alarm is received at the ARC. Both live and recorded images can be reviewed by our highly trained staff to determine the cause of the alarm. Intruders are challenged through the ARC public address system on site**
• In most instances, the suspect(s) make a rapid exit without damage or theft.
• If necessary, the ARC operator calls the local police force or nominated security agency.
• All activities are reported to your nominated contacts
